Technical Director

Since 2011, he has worked in engineering positions at a Russian JSC
"Lukoil". Then he went to work at Zarubezhneft JSC. He went through all the stages from field engineer to director of the drilling engineering department.
Has significant experience in implementing large international projects in Europe, Uzbekistan and Africa.
Besaliev Samat

Since 2003, he worked in the large Kazakh oil and gas company Maersk Oil and the Russian JSC Mineral and Chemical Company EuroChem in commercial departments. In 2017, he received the position of financial director in the Russian division of the international oil producing company Equinor ASA. He has the specializations of commercial director (CCO), financial director (CFO) and technical director (CTO).
Has experience working in the Middle East.
Oleynikov Tamerlan

He has operational and management experience working on exploration drilling platforms in Romania on the Development Driller II platform and on the Eirik Raude platform in Côte d’Ivoire. Under direct personal supervision, he managed the drilling of wells at the West Qurna-2 projects (Iraq) at OJSC Lukoil Overseas.
Nikolay Kochergin

Since April 2015, he has been monitoring the work of service departments during the construction of oil and gas wells in accordance with the design documentation: hydraulic fracturing, gas turbine pump, drilling, flushing, bit programs. In charge of monitoring the technological process: mechanical drilling mode, drilling fluid processing, wellbore trajectory, bit development, casing running and cementing mode, activities of geological testing stations and geological logging.
Vadim Okunev
He has 26 years of experience in managing the development of new oil and gas fields in Western Siberia, the Volga region and Kazakhstan. Good knowledge of well operations, well design and completion equipment. Understanding of reservoir performance and well drilling operations carried out in the field. Good understanding of oil and gas treatment system elements and parameters and experience with P&ID flow diagrams, emergency shutdown philosophy and operating operations management of oil and gas treatment plants.
